Founded in May 2003 in Cracow, Fundacja 36,6 is a non-profit organisation / collective that serves as a platform of exchange and collaboration for artists, theorists and activists. Blurring the borders of artistic, social and educational spheres, Fundacja 36,6 examines cultural realities and social, political and economic problems as contexts for cultural activity on local and global scales. 

Their performances, workshops and collectives activities have included doing nothing, kidnapping a curator, making art out of money, and transplanting Switzerland to the Middle East. They have participated in symposiums, exhibitions and community events in Poland, Germany, Switzerland and recently, at the World Social Forum in Mumbai (India).
