Dear members and friends of La Centrale,

We are pleased to invite you to our Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, October 28, 2020, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

This meeting will be held exceptionally on Zoom due to the health conditions related to COVID-19. Technical support can be provided to members who wish*.

At this meeting, the 2019-2020 financial statement, the 2020-2021 budget and the 2019-2020 activity report will be presented.

This AGM will also be an opportunity to vote on an update of the by-laws and to elect new members for the Board of Directors and for La Centrale's performance and exhibition committees! There is always time to present yourself to the Board of Directors and to the Performance and Exhibition Committees, you will find more information on this subject here.

We encourage you to participate in this meeting to meet the other members, to take part in this moment of discussion and share your questions.

Participation in members meetings is necessary to open the discussions, share the different points of views and vote on the decisions taken.
